We are an independent idea & design collective based out of Vancouver.

In 2013, founding partners Jeff Harrison, Bryan Collins, Rob Sweetman, and Scot Keith started One Twenty Three West because the marketing world was changing fast, but agencies weren't.

We traded in our corner offices for a garage in Jeff’s backyard. It had everything we needed to do great work. Except a bathroom.

We moved from the garage to an industrial laundromat and now we work in a b-grade building with plywood floors. All so we can keep the talent high and the overhead low.

As we grow, we hire mostly senior people who do the work, not just manage. We never pitch with an all star team and then staff with juniors.
